Bright Futures Through Sport –
Pathways to Excellence
Partner with Track Academy to empower your pupils through sport, character, leadership, and opportunity — for Primary, Secondary schools and higher education institutions .
Why Schools Partner with Track Academy
Track Academy is a development partner that helps schools deliver personal development, leadership, inclusion, and progression — with optional PE support alongside your existing staff.
Character & Leadership
“Future Leaders Through Sport” sessions linked to Ofsted Personal Development: teamwork, confidence, responsibility.
Inclusion & Access
Students at our partner schools — and all pupils on Pupil Premium — receive Partnership Bursary Access to Track Academy programmes. That means their sessions are fully funded through the school partnership, so cost is never a barrier.
Pathways to Excellence
Talent ID days, competition opportunities, and progression into Track Academy squads.
What We Deliver (Primary & Secondary)
- Character & Leadership blocks with mentoring check-ins.
- After-school or lunchtime athletics clubs (movement literacy → event skills).
- Staff CPD and shadowing (optional) to strengthen internal practice.
