Entries are now open for Track Academy’s annual Indoor Sprint Challenge, where runners of all ages and abilities are invited to compete against each other.
The event, taking place at the Willesden Sports Centre on Saturday, December 21, will see competitors entered into seven categories, including under 11s, under 13s, under 15s, under 17s, under 23s, seniors. There is also a masters category for those who are 35 and over. Warm ups will begin at 11am followed by the first round of the 60m sprints at 12pm. The second rounds will start at 1.45pm.
Track Academy founder Connie Henry said: “The Indoor Sprint Challenge is a really popular date in our calendar. We welcome anyone who’d like to take part; age and ability are no barrier to having fun on the day. We can’t wait to see the sprinters in action on December 21.”
Entry to the Indoor Sprint Challenge costs just £5 online via www.trackacademy.co.uk before December 6. Late online entry is priced at £7 until 12pm on the day, while you can pay £10 on the door.
