Golf is a social sport which helps boost self-esteem, social skill and overall mental wellbeing but is traditionally known as an elite sport. With the Back to Movement funding, Jason Roberts Foundation can break barriers for many to access the sport and positively impact the community. With this project which offers free golf sessions twice a week, trains local coaches and creates pathways for participants to progress to partnering golf clubs, the sport is made more accessible.
