The Yoga sessions that they will be offering, have allowed them to reduce social isolation, stigma and physical inactivity amongst substance abuse. New Beginnings also works alongside B3, who provide peer support and advocacy to drug and alcohol service users in Brent.

By providing their service users with a bespoke class, delivered by a teacher with an understanding of the needs of our service users, the programme will be able to provide the participants with a safe space to explore movement and to become more connected to their bodies and minds.
