The Jack Petchey Foundation event took place on Monday, 3rd February 2025, at the Grand Hall, Brent Civic Centre in Wembley. The evening was a proud moment for Track Academy as we celebrated alongside 15 other Brent schools and clubs, honoring the success and achievements of young people.
Each nominee was introduced by their respective club or school, with their names displayed on the big screen as the Jack Petchey host shared their accomplishments. The event was graced by VIP guest Mayor of Brent, Cllr. Tariq Dar MBE, adding to the prestige of the occasion.
With over 200 guests in attendance and nearly 100 nominees, ranging from young achievers aged 11+ to Leader Award recipients, Track Academy was well represented. Erick Sanchez was honoured with a Leader Award for his outstanding contributions in bringing the Life Skills curriculum to life, making it more impactful and meaningful for our athletes.
We were also thrilled to celebrate seven of our nine nominees who attended the event, recognising their excellence in academics, leadership, entrepreneurship, enthusiasm in training, personal growth, resilience in adversity, and incredible transformations.
This event was a true celebration of our nominees and their success, ensuring that every individual had a memorable and inspiring awards experience.
